Steven is currently a Group Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy New York. His focus on creating entertaining, culturally significant work has earned him the honor of being named to The Adweek 50, a Creative to Know by Ad Age, and one of 25 Most Creative People in Advertising by Business Insider. Over the course of his career, his work has been recognized by every major industry award show for both creativity and effectiveness.

Most recently at Ogilvy, Steven co-led the Verizon pitch, winning the industry’s biggest pitch of the year, and has been part of the team that helped Ogilvy win Cannes Network of the Year and Ogilvy NY place top 3 out of all agencies in the world.

As an ECD, he has led creative for brands like Verizon, AT&T, DIRECTV, HBO Max, Nationwide, Mtn Dew, Lay’s and Dunkin', running the pitch that brought the Dunkin' account to BBDO, one of the agency's biggest new business wins in recent years.

Prior to joining BBDO, Steven's DIRECTV work earned Grey the first ever Cannes Gold Lions for Film in the agency's history, and significantly contributed to the agency being named Agency of the Year two years in a row. In addition, his Cable Effects campaign was called the Funniest Campaign of the Year by Adweek. Bill Clinton liked it too.
